The Virtual Reality Lab at Central Campus has been open for two years.  It offers reservable timeslots for anyone interested in experiencing virtual reality. This lab and studio feature a full-room configuration including 6 Oculus sets, sensors and interactive controllers that allow you to move through virtual environments and take control of your virtual experience.

In addition, the VR lab serves as a research and testing grounds for faculty interested in exploring the educational potential of existing VR experiences, or in developing and assessing their own interactive VR content.

The lab top-of-the-line Alienware computers are all connected to Eagle Online making these simulations available on Canvas My Media. 

The lab also has a green screen and full set of 3d scanners and a 3Dprinter.
