Dr. John Kappelman, Professor of Anthropology, UT Austin Paleoanthropologist speaks about Modern Humans migration 'out of Africa': Blue Highways: Middle Stone Age Foraging Behaviors Along the Blue Nile Tributaries in NW Ethiopia" Dr. Kappelman specializes in research on the evolutionary history of primates and especially hominoid evolution and hominid origins. He directs an ongoing field project in northwestern Ethiopia and participates in field projects in Turkey and China. He is also the director of a web-based comparative primate osteology project -“eSkeletons”.
