Richard Froeschle, Director of Labor Market & Career Information for the Texas Workforce Commission, delivered the keynote address at the Spring 2014 Convening of Gulf Coast Partners Achieving Student Success (GCPASS). Proeschle, an economist, presented data and trends in the macroeconomics forces at work in the Texas labor market and the education infrastructure - including 4-year and 2-year colleges- that will underpin the state's economic future.
